In this week, I learned about about corpus linguistic  by  Dr. Kriangkrai Vathanalaoha. He taught about historical: overview that corpus began in 1897s and 1950s-1960s. in history of corpus that had two cases. And there were 7 types of corpora.

 1. Specialised Corpus: It was a specific information.

 2. General Corpus: It was a specific information.

3. Multilingual Corpus:

4. Parallel Corpus: It was a translate text.

5. Learner Corpus: Language use crated by people learning a particular language.

6. Historical or Diachronic Corpus: 1.5 million words of text from 700AD - 1700AD.

7. Monitor Corpus: Continually being added to.

Moreover, I learnt about BNC web and lerned to know how to find the words in corpus.
